Our clients stay with us because they are very satisfied with our partnership—in terms of quality, reliability, and flexibility—which they can’t find elsewhere, not because they’re contractually bound. We only have a notice period, the length of which depends on the average monthly amount of your logistics invoices over the past few months.
Of course. We don't have a minimum order requirement. However, we do have a minimum billing amount that covers the monthly administrative fee and storage costs, which you'll be charged regardless of your shipping volume. But the good news is that these costs aren't very high! You can expect to pay between €100 and €200 per month, depending on the size of your inventory.
